1 Complimentary room for every 20 paid rooms
$4.00 per person luggage handling fee, round trip. No charge for driver or escort
Request arrival time on rooming lists for tours requesting luggage handling
Signed contract date of booking
$500 deposit due on each motor coach booked, due according to time of year tour is scheduled.
Reservations automatically cancelled if deposits are not received by date specified
Driver room rate is $45.00 per night
Full refund will be issued if group is cancelled no later than 45-days prior to scheduled date of arrival
Rooming list must be received 15-days prior to scheduled arrival
Individual room cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to arrival or group will be charged for original total of rooms
Full payment due upon check-in by cashiers check, money order, company check or credit card
