Missouri License Renewal Seminars:

Dear Mr. Hartman,

As the President of Missouri License Renewal Seminars I want to personally compliment you on your outstanding hotel & staff.
   I was honored to host our 5th annual Branson Chiropractic Summer Conference at the Settle Inn last weekend.  From our arrival your staff demostrated extraordinary service and made our conference a huge success.
   I would like to personally acknowledte the following people...
Polly Davis, Ed Sohn, Dorothy Booth, Ray Hacca, Sherrie (mtg. planner) Trish, Bettey, Paula (restaurant) (I apologize if I may have overlooked anyone - they are all wonderful)

Our company hosts meetings/conferences in hotels across the USA.  We average 40+ conferences annually, therefore we have an opportunity to 'compare & grade' hotels on service, staff and accomodations.  I am proud to say that it is our opinion that the Settle Inn is on an equal scale to the Marriott's, Sheraton's & other upper class hotels.
   With all that said, I guess the greatest compliment you can hear is repeat business.  If is our intention to negotiate a contract within the next month for next years conference with your meeting planners.  We expect next year we will exceed 175-200 rooms booked.

All great teams have a great coach and it is obvious that you have worked hard to develop a 'star' team.  Thank you for doing a great job.
